I'm long overdue for a chiropractic appointment, but can't afford it. So to avoid losing feeling in my arms, I bought a brand new Simmons beautyrest pillow. It did wonders and within 2 days, the numbness stopped. But now the pillow is flattened, and my problems are back. What's the best way to fluff it back up to what it was like when I bought it? I thought about putting it in the dryer, is that a good idea? Any other ideas?
