Hi everyone, I am 16 years old and have been in and out of the swimming scene for about 2 years. I have only started training really seriously at the beginning of this year and have attained these times in the long course:

50 free - 27.55
100free - 1:00.10
200free - 2:17

50 fly - 29.6

100fly - 1.07.97

How would I go about improving these times? Especially the 50m freestyle. I want to get below 25s by October. Any tips?
