ok so i try to play these games but when i do i lagg alottt but ive been told that my graphics card is one of the best to get a ATI 200 graphics card but maybe need more memory here is all i have right now for my comp 256MB memory/ 100GB hard drive/ ATI 200 graphics card what do i need to do plz help

Have you tried some basic step to reduce lag?
No means,Try to do the following steps.
1.Don't open any videos,stream and check if there any problem in your router.
2.Make sure there's no browser .exe's still running in task manager
3.Try to contact your internet service provider and get suitable data plan.
4.Use any software like Game Booster
5.Move closer to server
