I need to know how to block off all incoming non-local numbers including toll-free numbers. I cannot use do not disturb since it local calls as well. Please tell me a way to block those calls, hopefully for free. I am in Canada.

That would be a sweet feature to have but it does not exist. Unlike landlines, cellular can't 'block' specified callers. Just don't answer if you don't recognize the incoming number.
