How can sprint come after me for breaking a contract I never signed?

I got a new phone, a palm treo 21 months ago over the phone. I canceled when my service started having (more)problems and got the Iphone with ATT. I always knew that those A@#$ F@#$@#S would come after me for the $200 termination fee, but I just hate Sprint so much that I didn't care.

Anyway, Can I fight I contract that has no signature. I never signed anything. Will they really have an audio recording, and be able to find it?

After getting the Iphone I learned that I should have canceled with sprint the day Apple released the phone.
The iphone sucks? What a dill hole you are.

There is no other phone on the market that can do 1% of what the iphone can. Just the amount of apps that are available and compatibly for it make it the best phone. Every other feature is a bonus. The only negative is ATT instead of Verizion.

You acknoledged your contract with them when you accepted the phone, used the service and made payment. They will get thier money sooner or later and the longer you drag it out the more it will cost you.

Well, by getting the palm treo, you signed a contact using the Sprint service. There should have been terms and conditions that follow with it. These policies are also a contact.
