im in 7th grade and all my friends are really skinny and in amazing shape. And during field hockey we ran enough to still be able to run more by the end of a hard game. so i ran a lot during the winter to get ready for lax in spring, i did some weights, and in try-outs i looked like a loser. all the girls there played soccer and were in great shape lapped me and when we threw to see who had the faster throw, i lost. i don't want that to happen again so im trying to get in better shape, any ideas how? oh and im not looking for the run a miles a day thing, i have that down already. and yes, i do jog/sprint, no i don't walk.
