How do you transfer files (pictures and videos) onto a Verizon cell phone?

I just got an LG Venus 2 weeks ago and I just recently started playing around with my USB that connects the cell to the computer. I downloaded VCast Music, but I noticed that I can only transfer music using this program. How do I transfer pictures and videos though??

e-mail it?

when you text to your e-mail, it shows you your phones e-mail.

so e-mail the phone back?

thats what my friend does.

Download a program called Bitpim. www.bitpim.org
select your phone model and go to work. Be careful and don't mess with the filing system it can ruin your phone.
