rehoming a pit bull puppy.?

well last week I took in 3 12 week old Pit Bull pups, the "breeder" was going to take them to the pound because they couldn't sell them, our shelters do not adopt out Pit Bulls at all, they put them to sleep no matter how young.. Anyways I found 2 of them great new homes. I still have one female left I put a $75 rehoming fee, that way to weed out the people just wanting a free dog. I have gotten like 10 emails about her but none I feel comfortable with. Like most of them say "If you keep her till saturday (or whatever day) I will come and pick her up" or some will give me their number and tell me to call them so they can schedule a day to some pick her up. For me if I was looking at a pup I would have more questions like about temperament, parents, health etc. so I havent answered or called any of them. It just seems weird to me that these people are not asking more questions about her, yet they are so into coming and getting her. Do you think I am being to cautious and should just let them come by or does that sound weird to you also? I just see it as I saved them once im not going to give them to just anyone who comes by and she ends up in the shelter anyways. Heres a few pics of her, shes a great dog wish i could keep her but with the new Pit Bull laws I can't.

thanks for any advice.
I realize that just because they come over doesnt mean I have to let them take the pup, but I do not like people I do not know, knowing where I live. especially people I dont even feel comfortable with through email
Thanks snake exactly what I was thinking, just needed other opinions..
mandatory spay/neuter..mandatory chipping. only 2 Pit Bulls per s household.
