How can i the front screen on my razr phone?

yesterday i was at school and i was talking on the phone and my friend accidentally threw a baseball at my new razr phone and the front screen cracked!

i have verizon and i called the verizon store and since i had it custom made they couldn't fix it. i only got it a week ago and i would like to know if anyone knows how i can fix it myself.
the screen it self still works fine under it
