i heard a rumor that a child dies every 4 seconds is it true?

sorry to say but its more than four seconds.i think its every 5 seconds for a child and every second for a person

It's probably more than that...a baby dies every 20 seconds due to abortion also, and that's changing, last year it was every 21 seconds now it's every 20 seconds.
And abortion has killed more people than any of the wars combined.
