okay so my bike says 1.0 which is one-mile in 5:23 but when im on the bike even though im sitting down im still sweaty and working hard and everything but when im actually on my schools track i feel so different and im not able to do as good as i am can someone give me tips on working on my cab/ calve idk wut they're called but my leg-mucsle and what should i eat?!??!?!
