thanks? i am 13 and my grade 8 graduation is comming up witch means i need to find a dress. i am not fat but i do want to look better and be in shape. so how can i lose weight is there heathy diet i can try and a work out routine. i love to bike so i guess that is a good way but i was wondering how long i should bike/work out for and wat is a good way to burn thigh and belly fat?....my grad is near the end of the school year?...is you can help it would be greatly appreciated thank you
