    you don't have to go to gym, there are lots of other options, try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week is the best, but if you do work out 5 days, that should be good enough

    what is a good workout routine to lose weight?

    i'm thinking about hitting the gym, mainly to lose weight and not tone. how many days a week should i go? how much time should i spend in the gym? how long should i spend on each machine? which machines should i use? thanks

    If you are trying to lose weight & not tone up,i suggest you start walking first & doing hip-hop dancing. Then hit the gym to tone up,works for me. Good Luck !
