Will this memory card suit my Motorola V360 phone....?

I was wondering if my Motorola V360 phone will take this memory card. Its an oldish phone about 3-4 years old, but has Bluetooth, a Camera etc everything except alot of storage, only 6MB!
Anyway will this be ok for my phone
