How do I convert songs to mp3 format on Audacity?

I already downloaded the LAME mp3 encoder but every time I click ok to save the song as an mp3, this screen pops up and tells me to look for lame encoder. Its friggin annoying. what do I do?
I know your supposed to find the lame encoder but when I look for it theres nothing there. Where is it?
