I got into a car accident, and got a rental car, do I have to return the rental...

...the same day I pick up my car? I got into a car accident 3 weeks ago, and my insurance rented us a car, I am not 25 so my parents are using it. My car is going to be done today, but, enterprise isn't open when my car is done, does that mean that I can't pick up my car today and I have to wait until tomorrow?
That sucks! I've never gotten into a car accident before or rented a car, so, I had no idea.
