Yes, you do have a case. It wasn't your fault. You may have to pay a fine, but you aren't going to be convicted. that would be out of control. you could countersue for sexual harassment or something like that though lol

You should not have been on the interstate on a moped in the first place. If you would have been following the law, none of this would have happened.
