How do I inform DVLA that I sold my car when I have no log book? UK?
I recently sold my car to someone but I just gave him the log book without sending anything to the DVLA. It was the first time I've sold a car so I did not no the importance of sending the log book to the DVLA. I've spoken to fella who purchased my car and he said he will sort it, but I just want to be sure The man I sold the car to seems like a genuine guy, so I don't believe he will do anything illegal with it but I just want to be sure. Can you help? Is there a way of doing this online?
