Can I Use my Computer UPS as Inverter UPS for my Home lighting, By

connecting to a car battery? I have a 600 VA computer UPS which has internal 12V 7.5Ah Dry Battery. I wish to remove that battery and connect a car battery (88Ah). Will it work for home lighting? i dont bother about backup time. I just want will it work or not?
