My parents always let her off because "she needs to study" and they wash dishes for her, vacuum, clean the bathroom, etc. Even though they only make me do chores for her sometimes, it pisses me off that she gets off so easy. When I try to talk to my parents, they always get mad. When I talk to my sister, she makes up these excuses and edges her way out of it. I am sick of being regarded as a housekeeper, not a member of the household. I mean, I've got my own homework and school to catch up on. What should I do?

Talk to your sister about it. Tell her how you're feeling about having to do all the chores. If not, try talking to your parents again but remain calm. If neither party decides to listen, I'd suggest "going on strike" so to speak until your parents agree to give your sister some chores, too.

I am curious, does school come easy for you? It sounds as if school is difficult for your sister and she is struggling or your parents would not be doing her chores and having you do her chores. Why not help your sister out and be a family member instead of the maid. You put yourself in that position.

suggestions

1) copy her style of how she gets out of it.
2) give her a cold shoulder
3) critisize her
4) dress up in a maids out fit and call everyone master and mistress ( no jus kidding dont)
