I've had a crush on this guy for about three years, and I know that he likes me back. A few of my friends told me that he liked me, and they told him that I like him. I would like to get in a relationship, but neither of us have really made any moves. He told one of my friends he is planning to, but he doesn't want to scare me off. I'm kinda getting nervous because this one girl keeps flirting with him! Should I just go ahead and make a move?
