I cant find the folder. "program files/internet explorer" is not the right one. where is it?

my laptop cant detect cd/dvd drive. whats wrong?

I keep getting pop ups, how do I delete them?
I scanned the computer for viruses and spyware with zonealarm and spyware doctor and those annoying pop ups are still showing up even when I'm not visiting any website. what can I do?
