might just be server down if ur sure u clickd allow access
but in case u have accidently blocked it u can unblock it by going in to ur firewall..normally ur fire wall shows by time on ur desk top...

you are probably using a download manager....and...
you are probably using a download manager....and it makes several connections to the serve r taht ur downlloading from...for downloading what u want...lots of websites dont support too many...
