Go with the OEM A-Spec suspension kit and have it installed by Acura. Warranty for a year and 12k and it's one of the very very few aftermarket OEM Honda(Acura) lowering kits available.

Nismo...Factory After-Market Nissan parts...Will not void your vehicle warranty and I'm nearly positive that they're covered by a Nissan parts warranty.
Depends...I'd take a UDSM DC2 type R over an AP1 S2K but I'd probably choose the AP2 S2K over the type R.
The type R is rare and gets points for that...but the s2000 gets bonus points for being...

I think the factory service is around 110K. I would suggest having it done at the dealership...will cost extra $$$ but will be worth the quality labor.
Make sure you replace the timing belt...
Problematic vehicle with huge repair costs...I wouldn't do it.
I would shoot for an 05-06...try to get the blaze orange metallic paint color too...best RSX color ever available and by far the rarest.
Then get a cold air inake or AEM v2 and a hondata reflash...
