all gauges are fine but it acts like it is starving for fuel. but you can start it right back up. have changed fuel filter and coil wire

1999 gmc jimmy quits running after about 30 min starts right back up...
...dosent matter if you are going 80 mph or? have changed fuel filter
it is like the gas is just shut off all i have to do is put the car in park and it starts right back up on 75 that can be tough...
