It pisses me off that it isn't available in my town. I live in Central IL home to 2 million some people and we don't have it. But the whole island of Puerto Rico does.
I have a regular cell but it is 2.29 a minute and .20 cents for incoming and outgoing texts. I think I read somewhere that prepaid phones are the same price no matter where you are in the world.
