1) i dont know why youd still be using internet explorer. its not exactly cutting edge OR secure....maybe in 1997 it was...but you should try Firefox (www.getfirefox.com)

maybe, if you dropped it, the sim card or battery is loose...try taking them out and putting them back in.

only if there's a power surge, which DOES happen in some places....so in a storm u should either turn off the circuit in your basement or use a surge protector
