Every time i press a button a guy tells me what the options are for example if i click on messaging the phone will say messaging. can i turn this off?

i keep on having run time errors on my computer when on the internet, how can i
stop these? its says do you wish to debug then if i says yes it brings up another page but nothing happens, do i need to change settings on my com?
