You can leave the gearshift selector in full automatic or manual shift. I think it's a pretty dumb idea myself. It's much easier to downshift a regular automatic if you need to.

Keep dreaming. With that many miles, 5k would be generous.

It need replacing. You'd have to pull the transmission off to get to the clutch springs anyhow, so it would be dumb not to replace the plates while you had it apart.

You probably don't have a module. The factory just used software in the body computer for anti theft functions. It's usually a loose or corroded connector to that computer that causes trouble. It's...

A Harley engine wouldn't fit, and if you made it fit, would wreck the frame the first time you opened it up. You don't put a 1200 or bigger engine in a 650 frame.
Nobody has made a six volt motorcycle in 40 years. It's 12 volts. You can test the bike with any 12 volt battery that's at least as big as the old one, but if it's been sitting dead for several...
The torque converter is locking and unlocking. There are a bunch of sensors that can cause that as well as problems with the transmission. Or you just drive right at the edge of the place where it...
You can't. A portable AC unit big enough to do any good would draw too much power from your alternator.
You need to find out for sure what it is. You can get brown gunk in the radiator by mixing green and orange antifreeze. You can also have transmission fluid in there from a bad tranny cooler in the...
The engine is trashed. Sludge blocked oil passages and the silver tint is ground metal.
The Knock Nevis. A 564,000 ton tanker.
I've tried a bunch for work. The Linksys USB adapters seem to have the best range.
