It mainly depends on your internet speed, what torrent you are downloading and what settings you have set! There is no "quick" way to fast torrents! Just live with what you have!

It is likely that it is your I.S.P's fault, try contacting them first. Secondly, it could be the wireless adapter, try going on-line without it. And finally, you might have a virus or spy-ware...
