Ok so i started using them last month and i cant seem to push it in all the way, it sticks out a bit.
I dont under stand "slant it to your lower back"? if in squatting which direction do i push it...

Its like all the time, and it gets heavier as time comes to my period. should i worry? or is it just normal? thanks =) im 13 BTW
oh yeah and its a clear white stuff...
