i have tried updating iTunes and reinstalling it but i keep getting the same error. number 3212. What does that mean and how do i fix it????

MY fork on my BMX eastern traildigger bike has bent in for the second time,?
its bent right after it splits and idk why this keeps happening. i can 180 360 and i jump like 10 sets. nothing to big. is there a reason why this is happening.. or any tips
