    630-1c oats 8egg whites
    930-protein bar(180cals 5g fat 20g protein) 1oz almonds
    1230-4oz sliced turkey on 2 slices of whole wheat bread apple and 8oz 1% milk
    315-1can tuna (has 2 servings) on 3oz...
