my mom told me that it's best to exercise in the morning, but I just can't do it! it makes me so nauseous. I prefer to exercise an hour or two before bed, it helps me sleep better.

Is it true that some people can only loose weight by barely eating? my mom says that's the only way she can loose weight. Sometimes she'll just drink a cup of coffee in the morning and not eat...
