I think it is nice you have an opinion on a long running social issue like religion. Most people just believe whatever they are told to believe.
You would lose some considerable muscle mass, and gain fat if you ate the same diet as when you were doing the training.

You won't get much mass or strength without weights, but you will get endurance. Do 1 legged body weight squats, with maybe a backpack filled with stuff, and calf raises with the backpack on, single...

lol 10 minute rests? Try doing them with a heavy enough weight that you can only do it 8-12 times. Rest 1.5 minutes, then go at it again. 4 sets of this should suffice. Then move onto another...
