My phone won't set them as a ringtone. But it allows to play it as a normal song. what can i do?

How do you convert a Windows Media Video File into a DVD format???
I have 7 Window Media Video Files that are only 70-140MG each and i'm wondering if i can convert them into DVD format so i can watch the material through my DVD player???
