What happened to DirecTV DVR?

I have a DVR and it lets me record two things at once. (two programs that are on at the same time, as long as i'm watching one of the programs). I just turned on the TV and now it's only recording one. Just started happening today. Anyone know whats up with that?

There is a small door on the front of the box where a little credit card sized plastic card goes. Open the door and you will see a red button. Hit that button to force a reset. Directv will then go through a startup sequence, which will take a few minutes. It should be ok after that.

This assumes that both coaxes have not been messed with or loosened recently.
