StarChoice Satelite Guide Issue?
I have been having trouble with the morons at Star choice / Shaw the entire day. First, I had no signal, called them , they did't know what was going on, trouble shot, couldn't find the issue. Set up a date for a week from now for someone to come & look at it.
My signal came back an hour and a half later... I tried to change the channel, but the guide wouldn't come up... so I called them back. Lost my signal again, got really P*ssed off at them, gave up.
Finally my signal came back on just now , after like 12 hours of trying. But still, my guide will not come up. It isn't an issue with the remote, all of the lights are working well, it still turns my tv on & off , volume control etc. Just the guide, info buttons that don't work. I don't know all 300 of my channels by heart so I can't go through to my favorites... Any ideas what is causing ANY of this trouble?!
