Satellite Cw700s Scrambled And Booting?

i can't watch tv because my screen keeps saying i have no signal...but when i update it with the USB to 1.82_2008..blah blah blah, it says my channels are scrambled and when i wait for a while it continuously reboots.

wht do i do?
