looking to get Satellite Radio

I am interested in looking to get Satellite Radio for my car, I make good money but I work at night and there is to many commercials to enjoy music with, I drive a Ford Focus (I do a paper route) and I get like 4 songs then 10 min of commercials, whats the best system for me and whats the cost per month to have one?
