...call the police and inform ? them of her location? Does she have 2 b in same County that the warrant was issued or state? What is the punishments 4 this? Can she lose custody of her kids because of this?
I am the childrens father and wanted to know what the worst case scenario is. I have the kids most of the time and we split custody but it seems like I always have them and she is always trying to find out an excuse on not to take them on her days. She would rather go out to the parties and clubs then be with her kids. its sad to say that even teachers have seen her at the club while she was intoxicated and it is so embarrassing. I would rather she do what she needs to do and get past this so she can learn from her mistakes and hopefully from this become a more responsible parent and adult.
What should I do? Should I just fight to get full custody and in court state that she still has a warrant or should I just notify the police and then when I go to court inform them of that reason?
