Help! My Toshiba Satellite Pro L300 Wont Start Up!?

I got it today, but whenever I start it up, it should install vista, but it says "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer and then restart the installation." I have tried that, but it hasn't worked... ever... So what do I do?! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!
