okay, so my dish network remote's volume will not go up or down, i've tryed entering codes, doing different modes, but it wont budge. someone help, i have a RCA tv, anyone have some more advice or codes!?

ok here's what you should do id try contacting Dish network and ask them for help see im with dish network myself so i should be able to give you info on what to do with your remote
