Thread: dish network error 371?

i have dish network but some channels say
"This subscription channel is available for immediate upgrade without a call"
would i have to pay if i upgrade?

also channel 9900 says "you have dish 500"

Channel 9900 (Now 9598) is just some channel that tells you you own a Dish, and it works. It just plays tinkly elevator music all day.
