Directv and regular cable in the same line?

I have both the feeds coming in to the house but has only one cable coming in. I change the connections depending on what cable i want to use. I am looking for 'combiner' as well as splitter that works for both directv & rgular cable. Any suggestions?

Don't you just need another coaxial cable so you have one for satellite and one for cable?
