i got a new usb cord for my cellphone (samsung gravity) from ebay and i plugged it in the computer and my phone on the other end of the cord. it said i need to install it so i tried and then latr it tells me
it doesnt hav the necessary software to instal it.

cant someone plsplspls tell me wats wrong with the stupid usb cord and or phone.
