Thread: Why can't I use my samsung d900i with my p.c.?

I've just bought a samsung d900i and I can't use it with my p.c.

I've installed the disc that was supplied with no luck, I have reinstalled the software from samsung's website. It just tells me that there is no connection. HELP PLEASE.

From what I have read lately, this is a common problem with Samsungs PC Suite. Try using a different USB port and also try reinstalling once more, but this time make sure you keep your phone disconnected from the computer until you are prompted to plug it in. You can download the USB drivers for Samsung from here http://www.nodevice.com/driver/company/Samsung/USB.html You may need to reboot your computer after installing the PC Suite in order for it to work properly.

have you installed the correct version ( vista, xp ) ? then select the correct connection in the phones usb setting.

Get a Mac then you will not have to worry about installing anything!

mine did this for ages it took me a while get it on. if you search on net i think you can download the usb drivers from samsung website and that how mine worked. mine went funny because ive got vista not windows
