I will go with Jeff Gordon

I'll just go with Jr.. He has the best starting average, for
any active driver, along with 2 poles (nobody has more)..
Ryan, and Jeff each have two poles so we know they can be quick..

Jamie on the other hand, has an average start of 27.7.. He does tend to finish much better than he starts..
