Thread: Videos from SAMSUNG camera won't work on computer?

I have a samsung digital camera, and ever since i've had it, when i put the videos on the computer, they never play.
well they do, but you can only hear the sound, no image.
This also goes with my sister's camera, which is similar to mine.
the video files are .AVI
we have other AVI video's on our computer, they work fine. Just not the ones from our cameras.
please help as i have valuable videos and i dont want to lose them! i want to be able to watch them easily.

download the free quicktime player
then it should work
