...don't work on my Samsung Alias.? Whenever I select one of these features, it says "Not Supported." I have a memory card (2gb) that I formatted using the Alias and the my music/my video folders are there. The folder names are in this format- my_music, my_flix, ect. Your help would be appreciated. BTW I went to a Verizon store and the guy said it should work if I got a memory card and put music on it-but so far it hasn't.
